Program of Events – Timing Updates and some additional information
Some additional information on events and an important change to the start time for the Sunday Service… now 9 am start.
FRIDAY – 15TH JULY Welcome to Bundy Function. The main venue doors will open around 4 pm with the registration/check-in desk open from 4.30 pm.
SATURDAY- 16TH JULY Emerald Luncheon. The main venue doors will open at 11 am for early arrivals, with tea and coffee available. Dining room doors will open from 11.30 am for a noon start.
SUNDAY-17TH JULY Service and Morning Tea. The start time for the commemorative service has changed to 9 am. Morning tea will be held following the completion of the tree planting ceremony.
SUNDAY-17TH JULY Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. Tree planting ceremony at War Nurses Memorial Park to mark the commencement of our ‘Jubilee Trees for War Memorial Parks’ project. Start time 10 am or at the conclusion of the above service.
